The Essential Blouse, Madder
The Essential Blouse, Madder
The Essential Blouse is just that — a staple for any woman's closet that can be dressed up and worn through the seasons. The second iteration has been hand dyed in Los Angeles with all natural Madder root. Its soft, rich color is flattering on every skin tone. The beauty of this top is in the details, from the alluring scooped back silhouette to the raw edge silk hems that only get better with time. The pre-washed fabric drapes beautifully on the body and is finished with elegant French seams and a surprise contrast seam inside the neckline. It's perfect for pairing with a structured pair of shorts, or tucked loosely into high-waisted trousers.

The Madder colorway of The Essential Blouse was hand dyed in the Los Angeles workshop of Graham Keegan, natural dye master. He works with integrity and intuition, creating each dye bath with his own recipe. Hand dye can be recognized by its mottled effect which makes each garment subtly unique.
